Dayton Trip

Alex had the great idea to visit friends in Dayton and go to the Airplane Museum. We left early in the morning, with the top down. That's why in the pictures of us we are wearing winter clothes in September... got some stares :) I had so much fun traveling to Dayton, seeing all the planes, and spending time with awesome people.

My new mug Alex got me for my birthday from the Strawberry Festival in California (love it!) and our breakfast :)

I love how this turned out... and love the 20mm!

Couple of the fun, bright colored planes.

The cool friends we visited in Dayton. Lauren was lovin the convertible as you can see :)

New 20mm!!!

So a couple weeks ago it was my birthday... and my sisters (twins). So my twin sister-Laura- and older sister-Katie- and boyfriends-Alex- parents-Pete & Patti- all went in to get me this sweet 20mm/2.8 lens! It's so nice and I have been enjoying it ever since I got it. Just a couple images below with the new toy :)

Rodanthe 2008

This summer, in celebration of Laura and myself done with college and FREE... we went to Rodanthe! Alex and his family came, along with my family, including my grandparents. There was lots of sun, wind, alcohol, food, and fun :) I had a great time and was able to capture some memories with my handy-dandy camera... enjoy!

This is my twin sister and just-turned-29 sister enjoying the beach and each other.

It was just a little windy on this day... but Pete saved the day! and Chris and Alex...

We enjoyed the hot tub while it was working. When it wasn't working, we enjoyed our neighbors hot tub :)

From the looks of Chris's feet, he was in the ocean and hot tub NON STOP!

This was the Cape Hatteras lighthouse that we visited on one of the colder, windier days.

Jewlie & Chase | Married

A couple weekends ago I shot a wedding of a very much in love couple. They had a great time with the pictures and were down for doing just about anything. Here a couple of my favorite shots from the special day...

Alex Roush of almost 6 years...

I have been dating this handsome man for almost 6 years. We have done A LOT together over that time, and sometimes I couldn't help snap some pictures of him... let's just say the camera likes him :) Here are some of my favorite pics of Alex (honey) Roush.

This first one was when we decided to make a ginger bread house... I discovered this is how Alex opens a brownie box.

Alex works at the Abercombie and Fitch headquarters in New Albany, OH. I sometimes joke with him that he could be a model for Abercrombie. At a regatta one weekend where Alex coaches, I snapped these two pictures, discovering a model in them. I then made this layout and sent it to Alex while he was at work. He got a kick out of it... as well as the people walking by that got a glance at the picture.

Alex hard at work after work.

I have to say I didn't take this picture... the man in the picture did, but I really like it :)

Pumpkin pickin and horse ridin :)

Alex takes a good drink picture :)

Family Fun!

This past week my family and I hung out on the back porch and ate some grub together. During that I was snapping some pics with my 85mm/1.8 lens (AMAZING!) and these were some fun shots from the night.

Katie was HONESTLY dealt this hand... never will this happen EVER again!

Josh & Becca | Engaged

Josh and Becca Botti! These are my two friends that just recently got married! They asked me to take their engagement pictures, which I gladly accepted. I had so much fun at Easton just watching them love on each other and just be goofy... and that wasn't the end of it! My boyfriend, Alex, and myself followed the first shoot with a second shoot at Innis Woods. It was a beautiful night with beautiful subjects. We all had so much fun and it shows in the pictures. Here are just a couple of my favorites from the two shoots... CONGRATS YOU TWO!
